Nais Ulloa

Nais Ulloa currently serves as a Senior Manager of Academics with TNTP and is currently assigned to a project with the Texas Education Agency. Through this work, she is currently training teachers and leaders on launching and implementing COVID Recovery, High Quality Instructional Materials in order to accelerate learning. Prior to TNTP, Nais began her career as an bilingually certified elementary school teacher for school districts across the southern border of Texas. After receiving her Master of Education in Educational Administration from UT Tyler, she began a role as an Assistant Principal of instruction where she not only focused on coaching her teachers, but also helped launch a brand-new campus. Nais then spent five years as a district ELA Curriculum Manager for schools across the state of Texas. In this role, she developed resources and both coached and trained teachers and district leaders on Reading Language Arts content and helped with the implementation of new programs across the state.
