Luis Rodriguez is the Founder of Rodriguez Community Group, where he leads mission-driven nonprofit organizations in building equitable, community-centered solutions that create lasting social impact. With deep experience across the nonprofit and public sectors, Luis brings a values-driven approach to strategy, capacity building, and organizational growth, building on his background in management consulting and state education policy.
Previously, Luis founded and served as Executive Director of Oakland Enrolls, a citywide nonprofit that has supported more than 35,000 families in navigating public school enrollment while advancing more equitable enrollment policies across Oakland. He has also held senior leadership roles at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and The Learning Accelerator, where he worked nationally on education policy, digital learning, and systems change. Luis holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center and is motivated by a commitment to strengthening public systems so they better serve historically under-resourced communities.
