Devon Kinsey

Devon Kinsey is a Project Manager at ELSF, where she coordinates cross-functional projects to advance educational outcomes for multilingual learners. Before joining ELSF, Devon worked in the Research division at the Educational Testing Service (ETS). In this role, she managed complex research projects to improve outcomes for students and teachers. She also conducted data analysis and translated the findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders by publishing research articles and presenting at national conferences. Devon holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a background in applied statistics. She currently lives near Philadelphia, PA, with her fiancé
