Brandy Delgado

Brandy Delgado is the Senior Director, Business Development at ELSF, where she drives sustainable revenue generation and strategy and oversees communications to strengthen partnerships that advance equity in education. She brings more than 20 years of global experience building multi-million-dollar pipelines and leading teams at mission-driven organizations, including RTI International, DT Global, and Landesa. Brandy has worked in more than 20 countries worldwide and is a Spanish and Samoan speaker, with beginner French. She is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in Samoa from 2003 to 2005. Throughout her career, Brandy has collaborated with a broad set of partners and donors—ranging from governments and multilaterals to foundations and corporations—while combining strong business acumen with a deep commitment to social impact. At ELSF, she applies this expertise to expand access to high-quality instructional materials for multilingual learners nationwide. Brandy lives in Maryland with her husband, three children, and their sweet cat, François, in a trilingual household—all of whom keep her happily busy.
