Archangelo Joseph

Archangelo Joseph has spent 30 years in the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) striving to leverage the potentials of teachers and students, principally English language learners (ELLs). he had occupied  multiple position, i.e., Bilingual Teacher, New York City Bilingual Resource Specialist- Curriculum & Instruction, Math Coach, Assistant Principal, and New York State Regional Bilingual Resource Network (RBERN) Specialist.

He has earned a Master of Science in Education degree from City University of New York and a Doctor of Education degree from Concordia University Chicago, among other credentials., Officially retired and trilingual (English, French and Haitian), and married,, Dr. Joseph is currently consulting with NYCDOE, mentoring a slew of teacher-interns for the Office of Bilingual Pupil Services (BPS).
