Depending upon the population they serve and prior materials adoption processes, school districts may be in varying stages of developing an adoption tool that meets their needs. The purpose of this document is to provide tools for districts that are at varying stages of developing or adapting tools for materials adoption to ensure an equitable review process that meets the needs of multilingual learners.
