Tania Mendoza

Tania Mendoza is a Project Manager at ELSF. In her role, she helps advance ELSF’s mission by supporting staff to nurture partnerships with key partners. Tania oversees the management of project portfolios to deliver services in line with the organization’s goals. Prior to joining ELSF, Tania worked as a Program Manager in Localization, overseeing a team across functional roles to engage with and deliver client solutions. Tania holds a B.A. in International Business from Linfield University. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to collaboration on an international scale, showcasing her ability to work seamlessly with individuals from diverse cultural, language, and identity backgrounds. Tania is also a nature enthusiast who resides in Anchorage, AK. She is a West Coast native who enjoys exploring the landscapes of Alaska with her partner and their eight-year-old dog.
