Sultana Salma

Sultana Salma is the Communications and Events Manager at ELSF. She is responsible for supporting the Senior Director in executing the communications vision for the organization and planning and executing major events for ELSF. Prior to joining ELSF, Sultana worked as the Communications Liaison to the Chief of Staff at Achievement First where she executed effective communications strategies that aligned with the organization's goals and values while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Sultana holds a B.A. in Psychology from CUNY York College along with being PMP® certified. Born and raised in New York, Sultana still resides in the city with her husband and two beautiful daughters who keep her heart and hands full.
