Joy Jordan is the Manager of Events and Communications at the English Learners Success Forum (ELSF). She leads the strategy and execution for all organizational events, from national conferences and internal team meetings to virtual webinars. With a focus on high-level logistics and clear communication, Joy ensures every ELSF engagement runs seamlessly and stays rooted in the organization’s mission.

A proud Houstonian and mother of two, Joy spends her time outside of work nurturing her children’s education, curiosity, and creative expression. A lifelong lover of music, she enjoys playing the piano, bass, and lyre harp.
