Joy Jordan is an accomplished administrative professional, excited to bring a proven record of operational excellence and meticulous attention to detail to the English Learners Success Forum (ELSF). With extensive experience in executive support, project management, and strategic planning, Joy has honed these skills in various roles, including at the City of Houston Health Department and as an independent contractor, working with various entrepreneurs across Houston and the United States. Joy is planning to further her education in social science and psychology, driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of and ability to help people.

A dedicated Houston native and mother of two, she cherishes creating impactful, meaningful experiences with her children, and building core memories. Deeply committed to her community, she actively volunteers with local and international organizations, as well as her church. In her spare time, Joy enjoys painting and playing the piano, activities that enhance her creative expression.
