Enkeleda is originally from Albania, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education and Mathematics. She has two Master's from Harvard University, one in Education and the other in Teaching Mathematics. Enkeleda has worked as a mathematics teacher for 15 years at Boston International, an urban school with 100% English Language Learners. She has led the math team and her students at Boston International to excellent results in MCAS (Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System). In this exam, 85%of her students score at proficient and advanced level, outstanding scores for ELL students. This upcoming year she will work as an instructional coach in another Boston Public School with English Language Learners.
